We formulated our own proprietary mixture of high-purity Monk Fruit extract and non-GMO Erythritol to be the best and closest substitute for sugar. Neither Monk Fruit nor Erythritol can match the sweetness of sugar by themselves. Monk Fruit is 200–300 times sweeter than sugar, while Erythritol is only 70% as sweet.
